To record your motion accurately in the minutes, please fill out this sheet and hand it to the YALSA Secretary.

If possible, please have your motion written before you present it to the Board. Please be sure that it includes WHO should take action, WHAT that action is to be, and WHEN it is to be completed:

EXAMPLE: I move that the YALSA Board direct the President to appoint an Ad Hoc Committee to develop criteria and procedures for the Amelia Elizabeth Walden Award and to report to the board by Annual Conference 1993.
