• Personal Application: Use this application for all types of Personal Memebership.
  
• Support Staff Application: Use for Library Support Staff, Paralibrarians and Paraprofessionals. Includes Joint Memebrships and packages as of September 1, 2007
  
• Student Application: Use for any student enrolled in degree or certification program at any level.  Please visit our Chapter Relations office website for information about several joint memberships with state chapters and affiliates that are available for students.
  
• Organizational Application: Use for all libraries and non-profits, including international libraries.
  
• Corporate Application: Use for all businesses that wish to become members of the Association.
