Traffic on ALA's Web site is saved in Microsoft IIS log files, and then analyzed using WebTrends software. You can view traffic reports for ALA's main sites, our division sites, and division section sites online.

ALA uses the Google Search Appliance to index our site content and allow our end users to search the main site, most division sites, and the archives of news stories from American Libraries. Quarterly reports on the number of searches and 100 most popular searches for each index are available online.
