Book Submission Information and Directions
- Send one copy of each title to each of the CSK Book Award jury members.
- Send three (3) copies of each title to the ALA Office for Literacy and Outreach Services.
- Send one copy of the Author-Illustrator Information Form (.pdf) to the CSK Jury Chair and one copy to the ALA office.
- Books must be received by December 1 to be considered for the current year's award.
