DESCRIPTION: Doctor Evidence® specializes in providing highly customized search and database technologies/services to assist clients in making informed decisions about diagnostic and treatment evidence. We are seeking a degreed medical librarian who is proficient in searching medical databases, business
databases, Internet, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree in library science
Professional experience searching medical literature databases (e.g., MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane Library).
Must demonstrate adaptability to change; confidence in a fast-paced organization; willingness to learn and search beyond traditional resources, and an in-depth awareness of current and emerging issues associated with evidence-based medicine, database search obstacles and the design of clinical studies.

DESIRED: ALA-accredited program preferred. SALARY: Starts at $50,000/year DEADLINE: Summer 2010
