Flo Wilson called the meeting to order and the following additions were made to the agenda: 2005 Forum update, 2003 LITA Budget, Midwinter Meeting time and day.

Confirmed the email vote to approve the April 2002 Spring Meeting Minutes.

Heard report from Wilson updating information on the program planning, promotional activities, and Sponsor Showcase for the 2002 National Forum.

Heard report from Ensor about the 2003 Forum in Norfolk Virginia on October 2 - 5, 2003. The theme is “Putting Technology into Practice.”

Authorized the Office to conduct two site visits in the Midwest for the 2004 Forum location.

Heard report from Ensor on the two Web Manager candidates interviews and references. Decided on recommendation to take to the Board. Ensor to follow up with the candidates after conference.

Discussed scheduling the Executive Committee and Board Planning Meetings at Midwinter. Decided to schedule the Executive Committee meeting on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00. Decided not to schedule a Board Planning Meeting at the next Midwinter.

Discussed the 2003 Budget changes since the Spring Meeting.

Heard report from Taylor that the 2005 National Forum contract has been completed for San Jose.
