Please join us at our Midwinter Meeting.  We need your assistance in
leading this group, organizing its activities and sharing your ideas for
future relevant programs. 

The agenda items include:
Soliciting idea and recommendations on related interdisciplinary issues
and emerging technology oriented topics for future programs.  We will
also be seeking volunteers for the 1999/2000 Vice-Chair/Chair-Elect.
