The ALCTS Board of Directors consists of the President, President-elect, Past-President, Division Councilor, Section and Council of Regional Groups Chairs, three Directors-at-Large, the Chairs of the Organization & Bylaws, Planning, and Budget & Finance Committees, the Editor of ALCTS Newsletter Online, and the ALCTS Executive Director.
