Division Interest Groups

Interest Groups (IGs) offer ALCTS members unique opportunities to involve themselves in the association. Interest Groups provide a forum for great networking and discussions of hot topics, and open avenues for producing publications and developing and presenting programs. Interest Groups can create any number of subgroups, task forces, and working groups to support their function and their work. Interest Groups are created by groups of people with a similar interest in issues, problems, and topics who want a venue to assemble.

You can learn how to start a new Interest Group or renew an existing group in the ALCTS Manual. The links below will take you to more information on current IGs. Contact the chair of the group for more information on upcoming meetings.

Section Interest Groups are listed on the section Web page found on the top navigation bar of this page.

Make plans to attend one of the IG meetings—we will be glad to have you!
